- purchase one or more tickets with a unit value of 100 euros on the Website in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 4.4 of these Rules;
- fill in the checkout form specifying their name, surname, address, post code, city, country, email address (e-mail) and mobile phone number;

The Participant authorises all legal verifications concerning his/her identity and contact details. Any false, erroneous, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate or fanciful indication of identity or address will result in the cancellation of the participation of the Participant concerned, without prejudice to any recourse or action that the Foundation may take against him/her.
Under no circumstances can the Foundation be held liable for any Participant who usurps the identity of another person in the context of the registration procedure for the Raffle.
4.4. Ticket Purchase Procedures
The purchase of the ticket(s) can only be made online on the Website.
Tickets are paid exclusively by credit card via a secure payment platform in accordance with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Each ticket purchase is final and therefore cannot give rise to any right of withdrawal.

Once payment has been made, the Participant will be able to download his/her dematerialized ticket(s) in PDF format and will receive it by email.
The number on each ticket will be used for the draw.
The Participant may, at any time, offer one or more tickets purchased by filling in the ticket update form on the Website. When a ticket's email address is updated, the ticket is cancelled and a new ticket is issued and automatically sent to the new email address. On this occasion, he will be informed of the practical arrangements associated with the withdrawal of the Prize.
Participants are solely responsible for the information provided at the time of registration. Consequently, the Foundation cannot be held liable if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or incomplete information. It is not the Foundation's responsibility to search for the winner. The latter will not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity.
4.8. Change of Winner
The ticket designated as a winner will be forfeited in one of the following cases:
- if after verification it is proven that the winner has not complied with these Rules, or
- if it does not allow the subscriber to be identified or if the Foundation is unable to reach him or her at the contact details he or she has provided within a period of one (1) month following the draw, or
- if the winner does not provide the Foundation with the additional personal information necessary for the collection of the Prize within one (1) month of the date of the draw.
In this case, the subscriber of the second ticket drawn will be designated the winner.
The same conditions for changing the winner of this article will be applied successively to the subscribers of the selected tickets until the terms and conditions of participation and withdrawal of the Prize from these Rules are respected by the subscriber designated as the winner.
If none of the three (3) subscribers selected in the draw comply with these conditions, a new draw will be organized by the Foundation to select the winner under the conditions set out in Article 4.7 of the Rules.
Participants will be informed by email of the terms and the date of the second draw.
4.9. Methods of Collection of the Prize
The holder of the winning ticket will have a period of forty-five (45) working days from the date of notification of his or her win by the Foundation to collect the Prize from the warehouse located in France in which the Prize is stored. The contact details of this confidential pick-up location will be communicated to him by phone.
With the prior agreement of the Foundation, the holder of the winning ticket may appoint an agent of his choice to collect the Prize in his name and on his behalf. A copy of the third party's official identity document (identity card or passport) must be sent to the Foundation prior to the date of withdrawal. The original copy of this identity document must be presented to the Foundation on the day of collection of the Prize.
Proof of authenticity will be given to the winner (or his/her representative) when the Prize is collected.
The winner or his/her representative must make all necessary arrangements to collect the Prize according to the terms and conditions specified above.
4.10. Fees, Taxes, Customs Duties
The costs of insuring the Prize to cover its loss, theft, damage or destruction, between the date of the draw and the date of collection of the Prize by the winner (or his representative) are the responsibility of the Foundation.
The travel expenses of the winner (or his/her representative) to the place of collection of the Prize are to be borne by the Foundation up to one thousand five hundred euros (€1,500) including VAT. Beyond this limit, they are the responsibility of the winner.
The Foundation undertakes to cover all costs, fees and taxes relating to the transfer and transport of the Prize by the winner to his or her country of residence, as well as any customs duties that may be required, according to the following terms:
- up to a maximum of fifty thousand euros (€50,000) for the transport of the Prize by the winner to one of the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and North America (Canada or the United States of America),

The completion of the export formalities from France and the import formalities in the destination country are the responsibility of the winner.
4.11. Fraud
